A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
ADOPTING THE SPECIFICATIONS, WORKING DETAILS AND
AUTHORIZATION FOR INFORMAL BIDDING FOR THE SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 4011.67.999
r WHEREAS, the Sidewalk Improvement Project is currently funded by the
Transportation Development Act, (TDA) Article 3 funds and is listed in the City's
Capital Improvement Program for FY 2008-09 (Project No. 4011.67.999); and
WHEREAS, the estimated project cost for said project is $59,000; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of Lynwood has
determined that said project is in compliance with the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) and adheres to CEQA Guidelines; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Sidewalk Improvement Project No. 4011.67.999 is
in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and adheres
to CEQA Guidelines.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopts the
Specifications and Working Details for the Sidewalk Improvement Project,
Project No. 4011.67.999.
Section 3. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the
solicitation of bids for the Sidewalk Improvement Project, Project No.
4011.67.999.
Section 4. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this
Resolution.
