preliminary approval to Blythe's 2nd Addition conditioned upon com-
pliance with the Wellsburg Sub -Division Ordinance insofar as san-
itary sewer plan, curb & gutter and appropriate filing of the plat
and dedication.

The Wellsburg Town Council met in regu/Yar so'ssion on January 6,
1975, with Mayor Hippen presiding and all council members present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion
by Cordes, seconded by Heinrich. Carried.
Fairbanks moved, Huisman seconded allowance of the following bills

The mayor announced the following appointments for the 1975
calendar year:

City Engineer Hollis Ryken
Maintenance & Police Employees Aeilt Terfehn,
Rick Penning, Frank Hippen
The appointments were approved on a motion by Huisman, seconded
by Van Deest. Carried.
On a motion by Cordes, seconded by Heinrich the following
salaries were approved: Clerk $135 per month.; Treasurer $155
per year; Penning $650 per month; Hippen $60U per month; Terfehn
$180 per month. Motion carried.
Moved by Fairbanks, seconded by Huisman that the Peoples Savings
Bank be the official depository for city funds. Carried.
