Heronimus City Engineer Hollis Ryken Maintenance & Police Employees Aeilt Terfehn, Rick Penning, Frank Hippen The appointments were approved on a motion by Huisman, seconded by Van Deest. Carried. On a motion by Cordes, seconded by Heinrich the following salaries were approved: Clerk $135 per month.; Treasurer $155 per year; Penning $650 per month; Hippen $60U per month; Terfehn $180 per month.
