budget on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Brewster Town

B. Brewster Whitecaps
The BrewsterWhitecaps representatives will present their schedule for field
maintenance and improvement for school committee consideration.
B. FY13 Budget Update
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and Operations, will review the FY13
monthly expense and variance report.
C. Public Hearing on the FY14 Budget
A presentation will be made of the FY14 Budget. Comments will be taken from
staff, parents, and citizens. The Committee will continue discussion on possible
budget reductions and alternate sources of revenues.
D. Policy Manual—Section C - First Reading
Mara Liebling, Brewster representative on the Policy Subcommittee, will present
Section C of the Policy Manual and answer any questions relative to this section.
The Superintendent recommends"approval in form" for a first reading.
"Approval in form" for a second reading will be at the Joint School Committee
meeting. The current Nauset Policies are still in force until the completion of the
entire manual, when it will be adopted in its entirety.
E. Food Service Update
Susan Murray will be in attendance to answer any questions regarding
the food service program.
