Dr. Caretti I will report on the Integrated Preschool Program, Enrollment and
Financials.

B. FY14 Budget Update
Giovanna Venditti will review the monthly expenditure report. The October
cafeteria participation report will be reviewed.
C. Capital Update
Giovanna Venditti will review the status of various capital projects including any
balances in these accounts.
D. FY15 Budget Process Timeline
The Superintendent will discuss the FY15 budget development process, format,
content, and timeline. Included will be any guidelines received from member towns
and a list of preliminary information for developing the FY15 budget.
E. Brewster School Committee Goals
The Committee will discuss their goals as compiled by Marie Enochty
F. Policy Update
1. Review and approve policy Section E, Support Services, for a second reading.
2. Review and approve policy Section F, Facilities, for a second reading.
