AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING CHAPTER 25,
THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
LYNWOOD MUNICIPAL COllE, CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF ASSESSOR'S
PARCEL NUMBER 6170-019-029, LOS ANGELES
COUNTY, LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA.
`Che City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, resolve and determine as
follows:
Section 1: Chapter 25 of the Lynwood Municipal Code and the Zoning Map of the
City of Lynwood are hereby amended to reclassify from C-3 to R-1 certain real property
described as follows:
LOT li3 OF TRACT NO. 921, IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED ION BOOK 18 ,
PAGES 106 AND 107 OF MAPS, ION THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
OF SAID COUNTY.
ALSO KNOWN AS ASSESSOR'S PARCEL N0.6170-019-029.
Section 2: This amendment of the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map is consistent
with the General Plan of the City of Lynwood.
E'irst read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said city held on the 4th day of
November, 1997, and finally adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 18tKlay of NOVEMBER, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER BYRD, HENNING, RICHARDS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT': COUNCILMEMBER REA
