AMENDED BUDGET AND DEPARTMENTAL TRANSFERS

WHEREAS, the City of Moab amends the 199611997 Fiscal Year Budget and approves the
department transfers within the following funds for Fiscal Year 199611997 to increase and decrease as
follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the meeting held June 24, 1997 be,
and the same are, hereby ordered to show the adoption of the amended department budgets and
funds for the fiscal year ending June 30th,1997, as presented to the Mayor and City Council.
This resolution shall be effective, immediately, upon its passage.
