AUTHORIZING SALE OF BICYCLES
WHEREAS, the Police Department has in its possession bicycles that have been
confiscated; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to auction said
bicycles; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Police Department to advertise for the
auction of said bicycles to be held Saturday, June 2, 2001, 11:00 A.M. at the
Municipal Garage.
Adopted this 17th day of May, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
