Leesburg Innovation, a New Workspace Solution, To Celebrate
Grand Opening on Friday, April 25, 2014
Leesburg, VA (April 22, 2014) – Town of Leesburg officials will celebrate the grand opening of
Leesburg Innovation, LLC, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, April 25, 2014. Leesburg
Innovation is located at 722 East Market Street, Suite 102, in the Leesburg Square Professional
Building.
Mayor Kristen Umstattd will officiate the ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00am. Following the
ribbon cutting ceremony, a complimentary lunch will be served. Attendees also may enter
drawings for gift cards and other prizes.
Leesburg Innovation is the newest option in workspace solutions in Leesburg’s HUBZone. The
company offers virtual office packages, workspaces to rent on a monthly basis and conference
rooms to rent by the hour or the day. A variety of workspace options are available and include
reception services and in-suite kitchen use. Coffee is freshly brewed throughout the day.
Bagels and donuts are served on Friday mornings!

Hughes, Leesburg Innovation’s general manager. “These options are perfect for startup
businesses, existing small businesses, and the telecommuting workers. We have already rented
out four workspaces to BrightStar Care of Leesburg, a home care and staffing business opening
in May. This office building is easy to get to and has plenty of parking which allows businesses
the opportunity to build and grow in the Leesburg community.”
Leesburg Innovation LLC is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and other
