Mary Schantz seconded the motion. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Mary Schantz moved the minutes from the May 9, 2017 Regular Meeting be accepted. Sarah Hoeller seconded. Motion passed. Section 106 Review The commission and members attending the meeting discussed the following Section 106 Review submittals for demolition of residential structures. a. 108 E Circle – Mary Schantz moved documentation has been provided. There is limited information provided in regards to historic properties affected by the current projects and is approved by this commission. Doug Record seconded the motion. Motion passed. b. 1320 Dixon Dr. - Mary Schantz moved documentation has been provided. There is limited information provided in regards to historic properties affected by the current projects and is approved by this commission. Jane Moore seconded the motion. Motion passed. Old Business a. Demolition Ordinance – The demolition ordinance will go before Public Works and Planning on June 22 at 7:30 a.m. in Council Chambers. Dates to Remember a. Next regular meeting July 11, 2017 @ 6:00 p.m. b. Public Works and Planning Committee, June 22, 2017 @ 7:30a.m. Adjournment Mary Schantz moved the meeting adjourn. Bill Case seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
