Bill Case seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously Approval of Minutes Donna Deetz moved the minutes from the September 11, 2018, Regular Meeting is approved as printed. Steven Hoffman seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. Communication Received Jayme Abbott stated no communications have been received. New Business a. Demolition Review Application for 312 Case Ave Review application submitted by Capital Region Medical Center. Sheri Johnston presented staff report for both 312 & 314 Case Ave by providing MidMoGIS, Historic Southside/Old Munichburg District and Neighborhood Plan Land Use Map, and photos. Sheri noted that 312 and 314 Case Ave are not individually listed on the National Register, part of a national historic district, local landmark, or part of a local historic district. Donna Deetz moved to approve the Demolition Review Application for 312 Case Ave. Steve Hoffman seconded. Motion passed unanimously. b. Demolition Review Application for 314 Case Ave Donna Deetz moved to approve the Demolition Review Application for 314 Case Ave. Bill Case seconded. Motion passed unanimously. c. Demolition Review Application for 1708, 1710 Missouri Blvd, 621 Conrad St Jim Wisch submitted the Review Application on behalf of the owners. Sheri Johnston presented the staff report by providing MidMoGIS and Sanborn Map information and photos. Other Business Jayme Abbott announced that the City is accepting applications for the Rental Facade Improvement Program through November 2, 2018. An update was provided about the Historic Preservation Fund grant from Department of Natural Resources to develop a Preservation Plan and completion an architectural survey of the West Main area. Please do not send an individual map with each structure or site. While an original map is preferable, a good copy is acceptable.
