AMENDMENT TO FEE SCHEDULE OF
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION'FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the governing body of the city of Moab finds it
necessary to amend and increase the fee schedule of the Solid
Waste Collection Franchise Agreement entered into by and between
MOAB CITY CORPORATION ("Franchisor") and MECHAM COUNTRY GARBAGE
("Franchisee"), to include a bonding requirement imposed by the
city but not subject to request for bid by Franchisee and other
responsive bidders in the city's request for proposal for same.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby
RESOLVED, by MOAB CITY CORPORATION that the
schedule of approved rates of the Solid waste
Collection Franchise Agreement are amended, approved
and adopted as follows:
Schedule of Approved Rates Within the City
Commercial Accounts --Three (3) percent added to
commercial accounts.
Residential Accounts --No and 35/100 Dollars
($0.35) added to residential accounts.
Effective date of this rate increase shall be July 1,
1997.
