Meeting Was called to order at 9:03 AM by Deane Keuch, Chairman. Those present were: Walter (Bud)
Rowles, member, Paul Anderson, Superintendent.
1. CITIIZEN PARTICIPATION:
2. MINUTES: Bud Rowles made the MOTION to approve November 29, 2012 and December 18, 2012
meeting minutes, Deane Keuch seconded the motion. Passed unanimously.
3. SUPJRINTENDENT'S REPORT
A. Water Quality
• All routine samples have come back with acceptable results.
1 . Well 6 Status
Paul reported that the project was on schedule and that startup was being delayed due to NSTAR not
cpmpleting the electrical service. Bud asked if the any Town Officials may be able to assist in getting
NSTAR to complete the work and Paul said he would contact the appropriate parties. Paul suggested that
once the project is complete it may be nice to announce it publicly and Bud recommended inviting the
{ Selectmen and other town officials.
Cemetery Water Service
Paul reported that he anticipated the service would be installed by the next meeting date.
I General Discussion
Paul updated the Commissioners on the preparation for Flushing and seasonal meter installs. Deane asked
if the land purchase grants were approved and Paul said he did not believe either grant was successful.
Deane asked about the energy spread sheet and Paul said that once the new office employee was
Pomfortable with daily duties the spread sheets would be updated.

Deane Keuch moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:55 AM.
