fiction 7. Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code
§.65858, this Ordinance shaTl;t'ake effect immediaeely upon
adoption and shall be effective for a period of'45 days unless
extended by the City Council, or until such time .as the Council
determines that the public health or safety is no longer
jeopardized by continued construction of motel uses.
Section e The City Clerk shall certify to the ~~assage and
adoption of this Ordinance and.causa the same to.be published in
the manner prescribed by law.
First read at a regular meetinq'.of the City Council.. of said City
held on the 18th day oP February, 1942, and finally ,adopted and
ordered published at a meeting of said Council Ilcld on the
1Rth day of Eebruarv, 1992,by the following vote r - -
