ORDINANCE N0. 1323
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING SECTION 2-A OF THE LYNWOOD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO MEETING
TIME FOR RECREATION & PARKS COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Lynwood DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 2-A of the Lynwood Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 2-A. A regular meeting of the Recreation and Parks
Commission shall be held on the fourth Tuesday of each and every month
at 6:00 p.m.. The Recreation and Parks Commission may hold such other
meetings as it may from time to time prescribe in accordance with this
Ordinance, its rules and regulations, and Parliamentary Procedure.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 18th day of April, 1989, and finally ordered published
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 2nd day of May ,1989.
