of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District on Friday,

Altos, California, for the purpose of considering
approval of a contract between the County of Santa Clara
and the Midpeninsula Regional Park District relating to
acquisition of the Catholic Church property and Sunnyvale
Mountain Park.
