The applicant seeks a Special Permit under MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaw 179 section 25A to replace a 5'6"
x 5'6" deck with a deck 5'10" x 15'8"that encroaches on the 30 front setback.

The applicant seeks an Appeal to the Zoning Agents decision and in the alternative a Special Permit or

and Brewster Bylaw 179-8 and 15 to allow two dwelling units on this property.
13-10 Anna Lombroso and William Glynn, represented by Trevor Meyer, Cape Associates Inc.,
Map 4 Lot 49 (previously M 58 L 6) in the RM district. The applicant seeks a Special Permit under
MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaw 179-25 B and 179-6 to raze and rebuild a single family home within the
Wetlands Conservancy District.
