REORGNIZATION of Zoning Board of Appeals FY14
13-17 Kathleen + John Ohman, 284 Paines Creek Road, Map 37 Lot 59 in the VB zonig
district., The applicant seeks a Special Permit under MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaw 179-25 B to
Extend a pre-existing, non-conforming use within a Wetlands Conservancy area. The applicant
proposes to replace an existing outdoor refrigeration unit with a new model, increasing the
structure from approximately 11 x 9 to 18 x 9 on a slab foundation.
13-09 William DeMaida and Lisa Mincieli, 271 Bog Pond Road, Map 67 Lot 104 in the RM
district. The applicant seeks an Appeal of the Zoning Agents decision or in the alternative a
Special Permit under MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaws 179-8 and 15 or 179.42.1 to allow an
Affordable Accessory Dwelling Unit at this property
