AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-7 SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS OF THE
PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8-7, Special Assignments, of the Personnel Policy Manual is
hereby amended by adding a new subsection (c) thereto, to read as follows:
(c) SWAT commander. When an exempt employee is assigned by the Chief of
Police to serve as commander of the Police Department's Special Weapons and
Tactics (SWAT) team, such exempt employee shall receive an additional 4% in
pay during the time in which the exempt employee serves as the SWAT
commander.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
