13-18 Frederick R. + Maureen T. Ryan, (represented by Attorney Andrew Singer), 197 Brier
Lane, Map 48 Lot 20 (old M 19 L 31), in the RM zoning district. The applicant seeks a Special Permit
under MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaw 179-6 to raze and replace a pre-existing, non-conforming single family
dwelling within the Wetlands Conservancy district.
13-19 Daniel Leffell and Julie Domonkos, (represented by Attorney Duane Landreth), 16 Nancy
May Path unit #2, Map 91 Lot 14-799 (old M 7 L 11-2) in the RM zoning district. The applicant
seeks a modification of Special Permit 05-39 under MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaw Article II, section 179-6;
Article VIII, section 179-25A and B; and Article X, section 179-51 to enlarge dormer on the east side of the
house by approximately 10 feet, substitute a site plan and architectural drawings to reflect approved pillar
foundation, and make minor cosmetic changes.
13-20 Elizabeth Pickering, (represented by Timothy Gainey, Builder), 194 Chapman Lane, Map
90/91 Lot 164 (old M 13 L 1002-6), in the RM zoning district. The applicant seeks a Special Permit
under MGL 40A and Brewster Bylaw 179-25 B to move a pre-existing non-conforming dwelling.
