BREWSTER AGRICULTURAL COMMISSION
Held Thursday March 27, 2014
At the Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main St., Room B
Present: Peter Herrmann, David Miller, Jack Latham, David Carlson, Lucas Dinwiddie, Stephan Browne
Absent : Rebecca Howes
Guests : Paula Miller Never Too Late Farm

Mr. Herrmann called the meeting to order at 7 :00 P. M .
The discussion of the proposed animal regulations began with the identification of some of the areas of
concern : manure/compost, protection of the NRCS, and setbacks. The need for site specific regulations
which fell within the limits set by outside government agencies and for a standard below which those
regulations would not fall appeared to be a point of agreement for all members present.
The meeting adjourned at 8 : 50 P. M .
