A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN MOAB CITY AND THE ROBERTSONS.
WHEREAS, the City entered into an agreement with Joyce and
Ronald Robertson on August 3, 1976 relative to the conveyance of a
right to water application; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the parties to said
agreement that the referenced water application number and area
code were in error; and
WHEREAS, the "Addendum to Agreement" as presented to this
meeting of the Council corrects these errors,
NOW, THEREFORE, WE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO HEREBY
RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE
FORM PRESENTED TO THIS MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOAB AND AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATE PARTIES TO EXECUTE THE ADDENDUM.
This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
