Regular meeting; -
Mayor Vahlaing presiding and all councilmen
present-;
Minutes of last meeting were read and on motion by Kruse
second by Okones approved as read- motion carried.
It was moved by Okones second by Luwe that the Town
Clerk notify all Water Meter owners,or lessees ,whose meters
are out of order, to have them fixed within 30 days or the
water will be shut off the premises. Motion carried.
It was moved by Luwe second by Kruse that we Name the
City park, " The Ummorl:41.1 Park of the Town of Wellsburg"
motion carried.'
Moved by Kruse second by Okones that 2 iron shafts
be sold to John -W Ross for $2.00 carried.
It was moved and second that John Weichers be approved
as a voluntary Fireman. carried.
The following bills were read and on motion by Albert
Geerdes second by Okones that they 'he paid. Carried.
