Board of Assessors Meeting
November 20,2014
Members Present: Belinda Eyestone, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.
Old Business:
The Board unanimously approved the minutes for the April 30, 2014 meeting (Hayes
abstaining), the August 26, 2014 meeting (Eyestone abstaining) and the October 30, 2014
meeting (Salomone abstaining).
Ms. Eyestone moved, seconded by Ms. Salomone, to issue a revised bill for 235 Underpass
Road, to correct the owner of the property. The motion passed 2-0, with Mr. Hayes recusing
himself.
The Board voted unanimously to approve the Clause 41A Deferral for Joan Clemence, 61
Chapel Lane, in the full amount of the tax bill.
New Business:
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2015 Real Estate
Abatement Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter
Executive Session at 5:55. Salomone-yes, Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:08.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.

Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 5:55 p.m.
in the Assessors Office.
Present: Assessors Hayes, Eyestone and Salomone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately
The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached
hereto as Addendum 1
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to deny each of the Real
Estate Abatement Applications, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote
was unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes, Eyestone-yes.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:08.
