Board of Assessors Meeting
December 10, 2014
Members Present: Howard Hayes and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:55 p.m.
Old Business:
New Business:
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss Real Estate Abatement
Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session
at 5:55. Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:15.
Ms. Salomone moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m. Mr. Hayes seconded, and it passed
2-0.

Board of Assessors Meeting
December 10,2014
Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 5:55 p.m.
in the Assessors Office.
Present: Assessors Hayes and Salomone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately
After discussion, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Real Estate Abatement
Application, in the amount indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to deny each of the Real
Estate Abatement Applications, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was
unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:15.
