ORDINANCE NO. 501
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ADVISORY
BOARDS FOR THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
BY REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 430, 440,
AND 441 AND SECTIONS 2.7.1, 2.7.2, 2.7.3, 2.7.4,
10.1.1, 10.1.2, 10.1.3, 10.1.4, 16.5.1, 16.5.2, 16.5.3,
AND 16.5.4 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF BEL
AIRE, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Repeal
Ordinance Numbers 430, 440, and 441 and Sections 2.7.1, 2.7.2, 2.7.3,
2.7.4, 10.1.1, 10.1.2, 10.1.3, 10.1.4, 16.5.1, 16.5.2, 16.5.3, and 16.5.4 of the
Code of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the official city newspaper.
Passed by the City Council this 1 st day of March, 2011.
Approved by the Mayor this 1 st day of March, 2011.
