Minutes of the April 16,2014 meeting
4:00 pm in Meeting Room B, Brewster Town Hall
Members present: Larry Greeley,Jennie Mignone,Janet Husband and Walter Powers.
Non-members present: Video Services Coordinator James Paul Ludwig.
Minutes of the Dec.4,2013 and the March 12,2014 meetings were distributed.
Jennie moved and Walter seconded a motion to accept the minutes. Vote:
4 yes,0 no,0 abstentions.
Larry reported on LCCAT matters:
>Steve Beatty of All Pro Media has been appointed to fill the Brewster slot on the LCCAT Board of
Directors
>The LCCAT Board of Directors annual meeting was held on April 4,2014. In addition to the Board
of Directors,only five members attended.
>Larry reported that some disturbing information regarding LCCAT Executive Director Garrett
McGarry has reached the Board of Directors,including a police report,a reprimand letter,and a
performance review for 2013.
After discussion of the above,Jennie moved and Janet seconded a motion that,based on the 2013
performance review of Mr. McGarry,the Brewster Cable TV Advisory Committee recommends that the
Executive Director be terminated. Vote: 4 yes, 0 no,0 abstentions.
The next meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2014.
The meeting adjourned at 5:06 pm.
