Minutes of the Nov. 13,2014 meeting
5:30 pm in Meeting Room B, Brewster Town Hall
This regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Larry Greeley, Chair.
Members present: Zeb Barker, Larry Greeley,Janet Husband and Jim Kane.
Non-members present: Video Services Coordinator James Paul Ludwig.
Minutes of the Oct. 16,2014 meeting were distributed.
Zeb moved and Jim seconded a motion to accept the minutes. Vote:
4 yes, 0 no, 0 abstentions.
Members of the committee congratulated JP on Channel 18's coverage of the election results.
CapeSpan was discussed. Larry feels that the Cape-wide channel should be under the supervision of the
County authorities.
Larry reported on LCCAT matters:
>Theresa Martin has been appointed the new Executive Director.
<LCCAT/Brewster agreement was signed.
>The LCCAT Board of Directors, Larry Greeley, Chair, is optimistic that Ms Martin will quickly
rectify the problems at the LCTV station.
>Improvements to upgrade the studio are underway.
>Better field equipment is on its way.
>Gary Pink is working on the Tightrope system.
1P reported that the new Anycast system has arrived and he is learning how it works.
The members of the committee re-confirmed its policy that if a member does not attend 3 consecutive
meetings, his or her membership will be terminated.
The next meeting was scheduled for Thursday,Jan. 14, 2015 at 6:30 pm.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 pm.
