Section 415.010. County Land Disturbance Code Adopted.

The Land Disturbance Code as adopted by the County of St. Louis, Missouri, through last amendatory
Ordinance 25,494, approved on July 31, 2013, by the County of St. Louis, Missouri, and as such code
may be subsequently amended, is hereby adopted as the Land Disturbance Code of the City of Bel -
Ridge, Missouri, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, as if fully set out herein.
