RESOLUTION NO. 79 -1810
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT
MAP NO. 36377
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City finds
that a Tentative Subdivision Map has been filed on property located
at 9809 -9821 Lower Azusa Road; that an Environmental Impact Report
has been filed thereon; that a public hearing has been held thereon;
and that no protests or public input was made.
SECTION 2. The City Council finds that the Environmental Report
is adequate and that the Tentative Tract Map No. 36377 is consistent
with the General Plan, and the frontage of said property is on
Lower Azusa Road.
SECTION 3. Accordingly said tentative map is approved, sub-
ject to the findings, conditions and understandings imposed by and,
made by the Planning Commission, all or more fully set forth in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the applicant
and to the Planning Department.

held on the 15th day of May, 1979, by the following vote:
