MSD Workforce Development Job Training Program
Commitment to provide a training gateway for women,
minorities, and other economically disadvantaged adults to
prepare for and enter the construction industry with a
particular focus on employment in Sewer Construction
occupations.
BUD Program
–Enroll and train participants in sewer related occupations.
–Conduct targeted outreach to unemployed/under employed.
–Concerted and focused efforts on mentoring and retention.
–Introduce high school juniors and seniors to career opportunities in
sewer related construction.
–Conduct 4 Cycles of BUD lite programming with areas high schools
and youth servicing agencies.
