You are shown as the owner of record of this property. This letter serves as your notice of violation and demand for corrective action. This violation must be corrected by 10/29/2018. The corrective action necessary to remedy the violation is to cut all vegetation ( grass, weeds and other rank vegetation) on this property in a legal manner. Failure to correct the violation within the time prescribed above will cause the City of Jefferson to seek remedies that may include: • Abatement of the violation with the cost of abatement with a $250 administration fee being assessed against your property as a tax lien. • Issuing a summons for you to appear in Municipal Court.
