HomeMy Public PortalAbout15641 Maintenance Yard Vehicle Storage Building (Mintert) (Design) (10282)ORDINANCE NO. 15641 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design of maintenance yard vehicle storage building in Maintenance Yard Vehicle Storage Building (Mintert) (Design) (10282) in the City of Ferguson, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 21869 with Crawford Murphy & Tilly Inc. for design of maintenance yard vehicle storage building. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15345, adopted January 9, 2020, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 21869; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for design of maintenance yard vehicle storage building in Maintenance Yard Vehicle Storage Building (Mintert) (Design) (10282) in the City of Ferguson, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 21869 with Crawford Murphy & Tilly Inc. for design of maintenance yard vehicle storage building in Maintenance Yard Vehicle Storage Building (Mintert) (Design) (10282) in the City of Ferguson, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing ordinance was adopted on April 8, 2021.
