MEETING NOTICE
COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
will hold a_Regular Meeting
on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 4:30 p.m.
at The Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA
Video&Audio Recording or Taping Notification: "As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you
that the Town will be audio taping this meeting. In addition if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this
meeting they are required to inform the chair.”
AGENDA
1. Approval of Minutes of June 25, 2014
2. Habitat- 620 Tubman acquisition- review/vote on conditions needing
CPC approval in order to expend CPC funds for acquisition
3. Treasurer's report/finances- discussion with Lisa Souve on amounts
in various funds available to commit to activities in FY 2015
4. Professional services funding request- open space
5. Review of CPC application
6. Historical preservation restrictions/rehab standards requirements and
policy
7. Brewster Woods update
8. Yankee Drive Town Home Condominium Association application
9. Executive session to consider the purchase of real property for open
space such that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the
negotiating position of the public body.
10. Topics the Chair did not reasonably anticipate
11. Schedule of the next meeting
