MEETING NOTICE
COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
will hold a Regular Meeting
on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at 4:30 p.m.
at The Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA
Video&Audio Recording or Taping Notification: "As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town
will be audio taping this meeting. In addition if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are
required to inform the chair."
AGENDA
1. Review/Correction/Approval of 09/24/2014 minutes.
2. Cobb House acquisition- Status update and review/discussion of award letter and
possible modifications of conditions.
3. Treasurer's report.
4. Review of revised Town Meeting articles 13 and 14.
5. Report and discussion of meetings with Finance Committee and Board of Selectmen
on CPC Town Meeting articles.
6. Review of CPC application.
7. Updates on open projects:
a) Crosby Mansion- George Boyd
b) Viprino acquisition- Elizabeth Taylor
c) Millsites dam restoration- Elliot Can
d) Habitat Tubman Road acquisition
8. Items the Chair could not reasonably anticipate.
9. Schedule next meeting.
