The City Council of thz City of Lynwood does hereby ordain
as follows:
SECTION_1_ Section 19-04 of the Lynwood City Cede hereby is a~r~ended
to read as follows:
Sac. 19-64, Increase in state law ma;;imu~n sped an certain
designated streets.
It is hereby determined upon the basis ar a traffic and engineering
survey that the ma;:imum speed permitted by States law in certai~~
business and residential districts in tt-~e city shall be changed t~-, ~,
speed limit declared to be reasonable and safe and which will be
conducive to the orderly movement cf vehicular' traffic under th•a
conditions found to e;;ist upon such streets, ar,d it is her26y
declared that the prima facie speed limit shall be as herein set
forth on those streets herein designated when signs are erected
giving notice thereof:

other persons or places. The City Council herzlay declares that it
would have adopted this ordinance, and each section, subszction,
subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or pcrtit;n thereof,
irre_zpective of the fact that any one or mc-e sr=ctions,=.u6 sections,
subdivision, sentences, clauses, phrases or- pcr~f_ions, or the
application thereof to any person or place, be daclared invalid or
unconstitutional.
