COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
will hold a Regular Meeting
on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 4:30 p.m.
at The Brewster Town Office Building,2198 Main Street,Brewster, MA
MEETING AGENDA
1) Approve minutes of November 12, 2014 meeting.
2) Review outcome of November 17th Town Meeting CPC articles and discussion of
CPC/Open Space presentations to Selectmen and Finance Committee.
3) Funding Applications:
a) Pleasant Bay Community Boating- update on any discussions with the applicant and
site visit on December 13.
b) Harwich Ecumenical Council for Housing- referral of new application.
4) Open Projects updates
a) Brewster Historical Society- Cobb House- Elliott
b) Brewster Housing Authority- Brewster Woods- Paul
c) Other updates.
5) Treasurer's Report.
6) CPC application- discussion and vote to require electronic as well as paper submission
of applications.
7) 2014 CPC Report.
8) Items that the Chair could not reasonably anticipate
9)Next meeting- January 14, 2015
10) Executive session to consider the purchase of real property for open space such that an
open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
The Committee will be adjourning from Executive Session.
