PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa
DATE: February 8, 2022 TIME: 6:oo P.M.
NOTE: The Budget Workshop was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance with open
meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. OPEN BUDGET WORKSHOP - Heddlesten called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL - Present: Adams, Jurgena, Krell, Littrel. Absent: DCamp. Also present: Mayor Heddlesten,
City Administrator Royster, and several members of the public.
3. PRESENTATION REGARDING THE PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET - Royster presented information on
the proposed parks and sanitary sewer budgets.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - Several members of the public commented and asked questions.
5. CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION - Council discussed the public works budget.
6. ADJOURNMENT - Krell moved to adjourn, seconded by Littrel. All ayes; MC.
