PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa
DATE: February 22, 2022 TIME: 5:oo p.m.
NOTE: The Budget Workshop was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance with open
meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. OPEN BUDGET WORKSHOP - Heddlesten called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL - Present: DCamp, Jurgena, Littrel. Absent: Adams. Also present: Mayor Heddlesten, City
Administrator Royster, and several members of the public.
3. PRESENTATION REGARDING THE PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET - Royster presented information on
the proposed final and complete draft of the FY22 budget.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - Several members of the public commented and asked questions.
5. CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION - Council discussed the final and complete draft budget.
6. ADJOURNMENT - DCamp moved to adjourn, seconded by Littrel. All ayes; MC.
