RESOLUTION NO. 2022-38
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FEMA STORM
FUNDS TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, The City Clerk of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, has reviewed the balance of the remaining funds
in Special REVENUE ACCOUNT FEMA (DERECHO) for the purpose of documenting grant revenue; and,
WHEREAS, the balance in Special REVENUE ACCOUNT FEMA (DERECHO) is $11,250.00; and,
WHEREAS, The balance of Special REVENUE ACCOUNT FEMA (DERECHO) is required to be transferred to
the General Fund; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
Section 1.
That the sum of $11,250.00 shall be transferred from Special REVENUE ACCOUNT FEMA
(DERECHO) to the General Fund and that the City Clerk shall do all things necessary in
furtherance of the purpose of this resolution.
