AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY RE-CLASSIFYING
CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO H-M-D (HOSPITAL-
MEDICAL-DENTAL) ZONE
The City Council of the City of Lynwood HEREBY DOES'
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1.. Ordinance No. 570, the Zoning Ordinance,
is amended to re-classify certain properties from C-2 (Light
Commercial) to H-M-D (Hospital-Medical-Dental) Zone as follows:
Tract #2 of a portion of Lugo Home Tract,
Lots 4 through 10 specifically known as:
3600, 3604, 3606, 3610, 3622, 3624, 3626
Century Boulevard, and 3621 Imperial High-
way.
All within the corporate limits of the City
of Lynwood.
SECTION 2. Severabil9_~. If any section, subsection,
subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance,
or the application thereof to any person or place, is for any
reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portions of the ordinance
or its application to other persons or places. The City Council
hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance, and
each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase
or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more
sections, subsections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases,
or portions, or the application thereof to any person or place
be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 3,. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and di-
rected to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause
the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said City held on the 4th day of May , 1982
and finally ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 18th day of May 1982.
