AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNV400D
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE NO. 570) BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-3 (P1ULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) WESTERLY
40' OF LOT 1 OF THE MODOESKA ACRES TRACT, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS 3042 LYNWOOD ROAD AND BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF LOTS 17 AND 26 OF THE MODOESKA ACRES TRACT FROM
R-3 (MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO M (MANUFACTURItJG), ALL
IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
The City Council. of the City of Lynwood HEREBY DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 570, the Zoninq Ordinance of the City
of Lynwood, is amended to reclassify certain real property as described
above.
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, sub-
division, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or place, is for any reason held to be
invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent
,7urisdictien, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions of this ordinance or its application to other persons or places.
The City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance,
and each section thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more
sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions or the
application thereof to any person or place, be declared invalid or un-
constitutional.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify to the passaoe of this ordinance and to cause the same to be
published once .in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on ~t~_day of ,]„ly 1982, and finally ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 70th
day of July , 1982.
