The City Council of the City of Lynwood DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN as follows:
Sectior. 1. Section 25-4.Sa(8) of the Code of the City
of Lynwood is amended to read as follows:

Section 2. Section 25-4.Sb(3) of the Code of the City
cf Lvnwood is amended to read as follows:
"3. In the R-3 Zone a r.~ini.^um of twenty-five (25)
percent of the site area shall be comprised of
landscaped oper. space to be provided with an
automatic irrigation system. Outdoor recreation
facilities may be included as pzrt of the re-
cuired landscaped oper. space."
Section 3. Severability. If any section, subsection,
subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance,
or the application thereof to any person or place, is for any reasor.

of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity

other persons or places. The City Council hereby declzres that it

of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions,
sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions of the application thereof
to any person or place be declared invalid or ur.censtitutioral.
Section 4. The City Clerk is 'rereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lvnwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Lvnwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 3rd day of August 1982, and finally
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
17th day of Auqust 1982.
