ORDINANCE NO. 1181
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE
ZONING ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SINGLE FAMILY AND

FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-3) ZONE
The City Council of the City of Lynwood DOES HEREBY ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTP:!id 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lynwood is here-
by amended as follows:
"25-4.2 Permitted .Uses.
"a. Residential Uses
Zone_
R-3
"Single family dwellings, including C
mobilehome units certified under
the National Mobilehomes Construction
and Safety Standards Act of 1974 that
_ are on a permanent foundation system
" approved by the City Building 1Jepartment.
"Multiple dwellings containing not more C
than two (2) units, including duplex
mobile homes, certified by the same
procedure as single-family dwellings."
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, sub-
division, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance or
the application thereof to any person or place, is for any reason
held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court
of competent jurisdicition, such decision shall not affect the valid-
itv of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to
other persons"or places. The Citv Council hereby declares that it
would have adopted this ordinance, and each section thereof, irre-
spective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, ;sen-
tences, clauses, phrases, or portions, or the application thereof to
anv person or place, be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be

tion, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 7th day of SeDtembe~ 1982, and finally
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
21st day of September 1982.
