AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYN',VOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
570 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-2 TO R-3
(4207 Carlin Avenue)
The City Council of the City of Lynwood DOES HEREFsY ORDAIN
as follows:

City of Lynwood, and the official land use plan for said City
established thereby are amended to reclassify from R-2 (Two
Family Residential Zone) to R-3 (Multiple Family Residential
Zone) that certain real property described as follows:
A portion of Lot 2, Bullis Tract, generally
known as 4207 Carlin Avenue, Lynwood, California
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection,
subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this
ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or place,
is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the
decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of tYlis
ordinance or its application to other persons or places. T'Ie
City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted this
ordinance, and each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence,
clause, phrase or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact
that any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions,
sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions, or the application
thereof to any person or place, be declared invalid or
unconstitutional.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to
cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 1st day of September 1981, and finally
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 15th day of September 1981 .
