AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TAE CITY OF LYWIdOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 570, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPEP.TY FROM CB-1 (CONTROL BUSINESS)
TO R-3 (MULTI-FA."OILY RESIDENTIAL)
12121 ATLANTIC AVENUE, LYNWOOD
'Phe City Council of the City of Lynwood DOES HEREBY ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTIOLd 1. Ordinance No. 570, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Lynwood, and the official land use plan are amended to reclassify from
CB-1 (Controlled Business) to R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) that certain
real property described as:
A Portion of Lot 2, Parcel 35, J.J. Bullis Tract, generally
known as 12121 Atlantic Avenue, Lynwood, California
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, subdivision,
sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance, or the application
thereof to any person or place, is for any reason held to be invalid or
unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction,
such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of
this ordinance or its application to other. persons or places. The City
Council hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance, and
each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, pi~rase or portion
therof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections,
subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or L~ortions, or the application

SECTIOLI 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify
• to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be published
once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at regular meeting of the City Council of said city
held on the day of January 5 19 82 , and finally ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 19th day
of January , 1982
