ORDINANCE N0. 1152
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-3 TO H-M-D.
(3630 E. Imperial Highway)
The City Council df the City of Lynwood HEREBY DOES ORDAIN
as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 570', the Toning Ordinance of the
City of Lynwood, and the official land use plan for said City es-
tablished thereby are amended to reclassify from R-3 (Multi-
family Residential Zone) to H-M-D (Hospital-Medical-Dental zone)
that certain real property described as follows:
" 12.64 more or less acres on southwest line of Century
Boulevard per CF1713 coming northwest thereon 24.65 ft. from
southwest line of Lot 172 LS 16-37 thence southerly 55° 10' 10"
West 353 ft. thence north 71° OS' 15" West to Northeast line
of Birch St. thence Northwest on South Northeast line and
Northeast on Southeast line of Imperial Highway and Southeast
on South Southwest line to beginning part of William McGrandle
62.82 acre tract IJo. 2 of Partitition of portion of home
tract of Antonio Maria Lugo and Maria German Lugo in Rancho
San Antonio and part of Lots 171,, 172, 173, 174 and 175
licensed Surveyor's Map as per Book 16, Page 37 or LS."
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, sub-
division, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance or
the application thereof to any person or place, is for any rea-
son held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its
application to other persons or places. The City Council hereby
declares that it would have adopted this ordinance, and each sec-
tion, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portion
thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections,
subsections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or por-
tions, or the application thereof to any person or place, be de-
clared invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.

the City of Lynwood held on the 19th day of January ,
1982, and finally ordered published at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the 2nd day of Fp„~riiar~ , 1982.
