ONING ORDINANCE, BY CHANGING THE CLASSIFI-

YRESIDENTIAL) TO R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY
ENTIAL) 11817 STATE STREET, LYNWOOD.
ouncil of the City of Lynwood DOES HERECiY ORDAIN
SECTION 1~ Ordinance No. 570, the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Lynwood, and the official land use plan are amended to re-
classify from R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) to R-1 (Single-Family
Residential) that certain real property described as:
Lot, 25, Modjeska Acres Tract, generally known as 11817
State Street, Lynwood, California.
SECTION 2. Severability. If any section, subsection, sub-
division, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this ordinance,
or the applications thereof to any person or place, is for any rea-
son held tolbe invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its
application. to other persons or places. The City Council hereby de-
clares that it would have adapted this ordinance, and each section,
subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portion there-
of, irrespective of ',the fact that any one or more sections, sub-
sections, s~bdivislions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions,
or the applicationlthereof to any person or place, be declared in-
valid or unconstitutional.
SECIlOPJ 3.I fhe City Clerk is hereby ordered a~;d ciircoted
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation; printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood. I
First read at regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 16th day of February , 1982,-and finally
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 2nd ~ day of March , 1982.
