Planning and Zoning committee meeting
May 13, 2010
Members present: Chairperson Heater Wren, Dennis Stolk, Ed Collins, Byron Kime
Visitors: Linda Huff
Chairperson Wren opened the meeting at 7:05
Linda Huff discussed the subdivision ordinances and requested that the planning and zoning committee
contact MSA engineering for review of the ordinance. Wren agreed to contact MSA for further
discussions.
Section 20.35 Storage Shed was discussed. Motion was made for approval of section 20.35 with
unanimous approval
Section 41.07 Accessory Buildings was discussed. Motion was made for approval with following
changes. 1. Garage door not to exceed a height of 9' (was 10') 2. Verify if section 21.31.1 is correct or
should it be 20.35. Vote was unanimous.
Motion to adjourn by Collons, seconded by Stolk at 8:25PM
