MUNICIPAL pARKS SUPERINTENDENT
WHEREAS, the N,T Department of Personnel called for on examination
for the position of M,,n~c_~p~l Parkm .q.p~r~ntendent
in the Borough of tarteret; and
WHEREAS, the NJ Department of Personnel has served o Certification
of Eligibles for Appointment, dated May 18, 2004 for said position;
and
WHEREAS, the NJ Department of Personnel has certified that
Robert C. Katel¥~
eligible for appointment to the position of
~unicipal Parks Superintendent
in the Borough of Corteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND ITI5 HEREBY RESOLVED that
Robert C. Kately, Sr.
are hereby appointed to the position of
Municipal Parks Superintendent
of the Borough of tarteret from the Certification List dated
May 18, 2004
as provided by law, effective July 22, 2004
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be sent
forthwith to the NJ Deportment of Personnel, CN-316, Trenton, New
,Tersey.
Adopted this 22ndday of July
2004 and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 23, 2004.
