Published Agenda: Review final changes to Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances
Meeting was called to order at 1:05 pm. We reviewed the changes that we had
suggested to the Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances. These changes included the
changes suggested by MSA. The MSA changes were highlighted in yellow and our
suggested changes were in red lettering. After review, the committee voted
unanimously to approve the changes as published and present them to the Riverdale
Town Council for final approval. Heather agreed to check out a date difference on the
cover of the Subdivision Ordinance.
Heather will handle final publishing of documents for council and also schedule
presentation to the council.
Next meeting was set for 6 PM, Tuesday, August 08. 2012 at city hall.
